Why is my Salesforce Campaign not available for import in HubSpot?

Marketing: Pro, Enterprise
Sales: Professional

Only campaigns marked as active in Salesforce are visible for import into HubSpot.

To make a campaign active and visible to HubSpot:

  • In Salesforce, navigate to Campaigns.
  • Click Edit for the relevant campaign.
  • Select the Active checkbox and click Save.
  • The campaign should now be visible and available for selection within HubSpot.
