Your contact properties are divided into several different property groups to help you organize information about your contacts and fields on your forms. The default contact property groups are: contact information, company information, social media information, email information, web analytics history, conversion information, and Salesforce information (if your HubSpot account is integrated with Salesforce).

The social media information property group contains information about the contact's social media accounts, such as the contact's Twitter username, amount of Facebook clicks, and LinkedIn connections.

The email information property group contains information about the contact's email interactions, such as the emails delivered, last email open date, and emails clicked.

The web analytics history property group contains information about the contact's web analytics, such as the page first seen and the number of visits.

The conversion information property group contains information about the contact's interactions with forms on your website, such as the contact's first conversion and the number of form submissions.
