What are the limits of my free account?
Once you’ve signed up for HubSpot and created your account, you will have access to all HubSpot’s free products. This includes the CRM (customer relationship management system), marketing tools like forms, sales tools like email templates, and customer service tools like tickets and conversations. From 18th September, the following limits will apply to new free accounts:
- You can store up to 1000 contacts.
- You can have up to 2 users.
Your account is free forever, but there are paid plans if you want to add extra functionality, or increase specific feature limits. Learn more about HubSpot's products and add-ons.
Is my information safe in HubSpot? Will you read my emails or use my contacts?
Your information is safe and secure in HubSpot. You can choose which contacts to bring into HubSpot, and after authorizing HubSpot to integrate with your inbox, you can pick which emails should be recorded in the platform. HubSpot will never send emails to any of your contacts without your authorization. Learn more about how HubSpot keeps your information safe.
Will HubSpot work for my business? How customizable is HubSpot?
HubSpot is fully customizable to match your needs and industry. Once you bring your contacts into HubSpot, you can create custom properties that define what types of contacts they are, and segment them into lists for reporting and email communication. You’ll be able to customize your sales pipeline based on what works for you, and add a level of automation to help you move even faster. Does HubSpot integrate with the other tools I’m using?

What can I report on in HubSpot?
HubSpot supports a robust set of standard and custom reports. You can create a report on any of the contact, company, deal, product, or ticket records you manage in HubSpot. You can create a funnel or pipeline report for your contacts or deals to track their progress through a specific deal funnel or lifecycle stage. Can I send bulk email from HubSpot?
