Create reports in the analytics suite

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

The analytics suite offers an updated reporting and dashboard experience within HubSpot. Depending on your subscription, you'll have access to the sales, service, marketing, and/or commerce analytics suites. In each analytics suite, you can:

  • Use report templates: Choose from pre-built reports filtered by data sources (e.g., Activities & leads, Customer Satisfaction, Invoices). Relevant reports will appear already configured.
  • Create reports: Select customizable templates or create reports from scratch.
  • Access reports: View reports from your library or analytics suite to get a quick overview of your analytics.
  • Use dashboard templates: Choose from pre-built dashboard templates based on common use cases tailored to your team.

View analytics suite

Each analytics suite shares different report templates you can use during the report creation process.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reporting > Reports.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, click Analytics suite.
  3. Click between the following tabs to see each unique analytics suite based on your subscription type:
    • Discover: view personalized report templates based on your role and activity, most popular report templates, and new report templates.
    • Marketing: view Marketing report templates based on categories such as Web traffic analysesChannel performance, and more.
    • Sales: view Sales report templates based on categories such as Activities & leadsDeals, and more.
    • Commerce: view Commerce report templates based on categories such as InvoicesSubscriptions, and more.
    • Service: view Service report templates based on categories such as Customer satisfactionTeam performance, and more.
  4. To customize reporting data sources:
    • Click one of the pre-selected data sources at the top (e.g. Build pipeline, Close deals).
    • Click the Data sources dropdown menu in the top right to manually select your data sources.

View reports in the Reports library

Once you have saved a report in the analytics suite, you can view it in the Reports library.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reporting > Reports.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, click My library.
  3. All your reports will appear in a table. Learn how to filter reports and manage existing reports.

Create dashboards from templates

Create dashboards from templates for common use cases tailored to your team.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reporting > Dashboards.
  2. Click Create dashboard at the top.
  3. Under Create dashboards from templates, select a pre-built template (e.g. Marketing Revenue Attribution, Sales Team Performance).
  4. In the right panel, view a summary of the template and click the checkboxes to remove any reports you don't want.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Type the dashboard name.
  7. Under Who can access this report?, click one of the following:
    • Limited to super admins & owner only
    • Allow everyone to view and edit
    • Allow everyone to view
    • Assign teams and users
      • Click Next. Click the Teams and Users tab to select which teams and users get No accessView and Edit access, and View only access.
  8. Click Create dashboard.
