Super Admins in accounts with two-factor authentication can log in as another user in their HubSpot account to troubleshoot issues, verify access to tools, or update basic profile information. When you log in as a user, you’ll see the account from their perspective, which helps you confirm permissions, settings, and visibility.
For example, you can log in as a team member to confirm they have access to a specific tool, assist with troubleshooting, or a user's name or profile picture. All logins are recorded in the security activity history export, and the user is notified when a Super Admin accesses their account.
Permissions required Super Admin permissions are required to login as another HubSpot user.
