- To turn off a reminder:
- Click the Reminder dropdown menu, then select No reminder. If you've set a custom reminder, click Clear.
- Click Create or Save.

Receive task daily digest emails
Daily digest emails show which tasks you have due each weekday. To opt into the daily digest emails, you must do all of the following:
-
Complete the following steps.
-
Complete at least three tasks in the past 17 days.
Please note: tasks with a defined reminder will still send individual email notifications to your inbox. To stop individual task reminder emails, turn off task reminders. If you've turned on a default reminder time, reminders will be automatically turned on when you create tasks. You can turn off task reminders for these tasks or change the default to No reminder to avoid automatic reminders moving forward.
- In your HubSpot account, click the
settings icon in the top navigation bar. - In the left sidebar menu, click Notifications.
- Click Tasks to expand its notification options.
- Select the checkbox next to Task daily digest to receive the emails. Clear the checkbox to stop receiving the emails.
- Click Save.
On weekdays, the digest will be prepared by 6 AM and sent to your email inbox at 8 AM, based on the timezone selected in your user preferences. Any tasks created between 6 AM and 8 AM aren't included in that day's digest.
If there are no tasks due, the email will not be sent.
The email digest contains:
- The number of Due Today tasks. These are all tasks whose due dates are on the day the email is sent.
- The number of To-do, Calls, and Email tasks based on the task type.
- Details on three tasks, including title, associated records, and whether they are marked as high priority.
In the email digest, click View all due today to view your tasks in your HubSpot account.
