Super Admins in accounts with two-factor authentication or a passkey set up on their HubSpot account can log in as another user in their HubSpot account to troubleshoot issues, verify access to tools, or update basic profile information. When you log in as a user, you’ll see the account from their perspective, which helps you confirm permissions, settings, and visibility.
For example, you can log in as a team member to confirm they have access to a specific tool, assist with troubleshooting, or a user's name or profile picture. All logins are recorded in the security activity history export, and the user is notified when a Super Admin accesses their account.
Permissions required Super Admin permissions are required to login as another HubSpot user.
