When creating a list, and more specifically adding criteria pertaining to contact properties that accept multiple values, you can indeed paste multiple values in the criteria. For example, let's say you looking for Contacts whom are either from Boston, Philadelphia, or New York. Within the list's criteria you can paste in the three values as exemplified below.
- Within a text editor or Excel spreadsheet, type in the different values and separate them with semi-colons.
- Copy the values from your text editor or Excel spreadsheet, and paste them into the the criteria's last text box - Use Control (or Command for Mac) + V keys to paste in the values.
