What is the quota bar in the Deal Forecast and how do I set the quota?

The quota bar in the Deal Forecast window shows you how close you are to achieving your monthly goal.

Please note: The quota bar will only show up once you've hit 20% of your goal and have selected a current date range like This week, This month, This quarter, This year.

Also worth noting is that when filtering your dashboard by All team members, as seen above, the quota will be an aggregate of the individual quotas for each of the HubSpot Owners in your portal.

To set your monthly quota, follow the instructions below:

  • Navigate to your Sales Dashboard.
  • Select an individual sales team member from the Team member dropdown menu.
  • Hover over the Deal Forecast report and click Set quota.
  • Enter your updated quota in the textbox then click Set quota.
