How can I resubscribe a customer?

If one of your subscribers opts out of your email marketing and later wants to resubscribe they can do so by updating their email subscription preferences.

First, have them locate the email they unsubscribed from. The easiest way for a contact to opt back into email marketing is to locate the email they unsubscribed from and choose to update their email subscription preferences:

This link is located in any email campaign sent using HubSpot's email tool, so if they no longer have the original email campaign they unsubscribed from any other email campaign they may have received from our system will also work. HubSpot is unable to simply resubscribe contacts on your behalf. The recipient must take action themselves in order to receive email again.
