Why can't I select a condition for my reenrollment criteria in my workflow?

When setting up your workflow, you can choose whether or not you'd like contacts to be reenrolled in the workflow when they meet one of the reenrollment criteria you select (as long as they still meet the workflow's enrollment criteria). However, reenrollment based on some properties and filters is not supported.

For example, it is not possible to use a condition based on contact property if the contact property can be equal to multiple values for reenrollment i.e. "The contact property State is equal to any of Florida, Georgia, or Alabama." Also, some properties that are set automatically by HubSpot, such as Recent Conversion, cannot be used in reenrollment criteria. Deal and company property filters are also not supported for reenrollment.

Please note that the examples above are not exhaustive. There may be additional filters and properties unavailable for reenrollment. When setting up reenrollment criteria, these unsupported conditions will appear under The following enrollment conditions can't be used for reenrollment
