Create and customize saved filters

Last updated: March 4, 2020

View your contacts, companies, deals, or tickets that have specific values in properties. Custom saved filters allow you to quickly and easily see which contacts, companies, deals, or tickets meet the criteria you've set at any given time.

Create a saved filter

  • Search for the property you want to use in your filter.
  • Click the property name.
  • Select the criteria you want to use in the filter.
  • Once you've added your criteria, click Apply filter.
Please note:
  • To create a filter that contains a unique string of characters, add an asterisk (i.e., "*") as a wildcard character. For example, to filter contacts with an email that starts with admin, select contains exactly and enter admin*.
  • To filter email addresses with a specific domain, you can use the Email Domain property, instead of using a wildcard character in the Email address property.
  • If you have specific strings you want to filter within the email domain, you can still use the wildcard character within the Email Domain property.
  • You can add more properties to your filter. Once you've the filter you want, click Save.
  • In the dialog box, enter a name for the saved filter and select the audience for the saved filter. Then, click Save.

Change the displayed columns in a saved filter

  • In the dialog box, select a property to add it to the Selected columns section. In the Selected columns section, click and drag properties to rearrange them.
  • Click Save.
  • To update this set of columns for the saved filter, click Update in the left panel. You can revert the columns back to the original set of columns by clicking Reset.
