Contacts who previously unsubscribed from marketing emails sent from your HubSpot account can take action to resubscribe to your emails or update their email preferences.
Please note: you cannot resubscribe contacts on their behalf. Once opted out or unsubscribed from email communication, a contact must take action themselves in order to receive marketing emails sent from your HubSpot account again.
In their email inbox, open a previously sent marketing email from your HubSpot account. In the email footer, click the email preferences link to resubscribe or update their email preferences.
