Turn on file analysis
To use Breeze for tagging and searching your files, you must turn on the following AI settings, after which public files will be analyzed. Learn more about managing your AI settings.
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, in the Account Management section, navigate to AI.
- In the Access tab of your AI settings, click to toggle the Give users access to generative AI tools and features and Files data switches on.
If you have a Marketing Hub or Content Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription, when this setting is turned on, descriptions and keywords will be automatically generated for all public files.
If these settings have previously been turned on, not all files may be populated. This includes PDFs, audio, text, word, and PowerPoint files.
- To generate descriptions and keywords for existing files, turn off, then turn on the Files data switch.
- If you notice some of your files are still missing a description, please wait 7 days and try again.
