After creating forms, you can analyze and compare each form's effectiveness using the forms analytics tool. You can also analyze form submissions from each form in the forms tool.

Please note: most metrics only apply to HubSpot forms because they are trackable. If you're analyzing non-HubSpot forms, you will only see submissions.

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reports > Analytics Tools.
  • Click Forms.
  • Use the Date range and Frequency dropdown menus to filter the data to a specific time range.
    • This will filter the data in any tab you're in.
    • A week in the report starts on Sunday by default, when the date range selected consists of a week, or when the frequency is set to Weekly.

Performance

View the high level metrics of your forms. This section also displays whether the statistics in the current date range are higher or lower as compared to that of the previous period.

  • Conversion rate: the total number of all-time submissions divided by the total number of all-time views for your forms.
