Use social insights from Reddit to analyze your brand and competitor mentions, monitor sentiment trends, and track engagement opportunities directly in HubSpot. This helps you understand how your brand is being discussed in community conversations and compare those discussions to competitors. By centralizing these insights, you can manage your brand reputation and identify high-impact opportunities to join relevant discussions.
For example, if a user on a specific subreddit asks for software recommendations to solve a technical challenge your product addresses, you can identify this competitive gap and reply to the conversation to increase your brand presence. Social insights are available for Reddit conversations only.
Please note: to access this feature, your Super Admin can opt your account into the Monitor Reddit Conversations and Social Insights directly in HubSpot beta.
Permissions required All accessible accounts, Their connected accounts, or Draft only social permissions are required to access social insights.
