Build workflows using Breeze Assistant

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Use Breeze Assistant to build complete workflows including enrollment triggers and actions including delays and more. You can also continue editing your workflow actions from within the workflow editor. 

Please note: you can manage AI feature access in your AI settings and configure what data is shared. Review HubSpot's AI Trust FAQs and AI Model Cards for detailed information on AI security controls, data use, and compliance.

Turn on AI settings

To use AI in your workflows, turn on the following settings:

  • To use Breeze Assistant with your workflow, the Give users access to generative AI tools and features and the Give users access to Breeze Assistant settings must be turned on. It is also recommended to turn on the CRM data settings to generate outputs relevant to your company. Learn more about managing your AI settings.
  • When working with Breeze Assistant in the workflow editor, Breeze Assistant can only add and edit workflow actions. It cannot update workflow triggers. 
  • The following workflow actions cannot be added by Breeze Assistant: 
    • Go to workflow 
    • Delay (until an event occurs)
    • Format data
    • AND/OR logic branch (based on filter criteria)
    • Create Salesforce task
    • Set Salesforce campaign

Use Breeze Assistant to create workflows

Use Breeze Assistants to create workflows, including enrollment triggers, actions, settings and more. By default, workflows created by Breeze Assistant will be turned off, you will need to review and manually turn the workflow on. 

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Breeze Assistant in the top right.
  2. To send a chat, enter your prompt.
  3. After creating a workflow, Breeze Assistant will respond with a link to the workflow. To navigate to the workflow, click the link in the response.
  4. Continue setting up your workflow.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
  2. Click the name of an existing workflow.
  3. In the workflow editor, click the + Add icon.
  4. In the left panel, under Build with AI, enter your prompt. Then, click the breezeSendIcon send icon or press Enter on your keyboard. 
  5. In the editor, you can preview the actions to be added to the workflow. These actions will be highlighted in blue.
  6. In the Breeze Assistant panel, you can further refine the actions that you'd like to add. The updated actions will appear in your workflow preview.
  7. To add the actions to your workflow, in the top left, click Save changes
  8. To exit the preview without saving, in the top left, click the X icon. Then, click Continue without saving
