Export your content and data

Learn how to export HubSpot content and data from your account, such as pages, contacts, and files.
Please note: there is no way to merge all the data between HubSpot accounts. The best way to move assets between accounts is to export your data from a HubSpot account, then import the objects and/or recreate certain data in the other account.
Website Data
Pages, posts, and templates
To export a HTML files of your pages along with all coded files from your design manager:
- Navigate to landing pages or website pages.
- In the bottom left, click the More Tools dropdown menu and select Export all pages and posts.
- In the dialog box click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in your notification center.
To export an HTML or CSV file of your blog posts:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Website > Blog.
- In the bottom left, click the More Tools dropdown men, then select Export all pages and posts (HTML) or Export all blog posts (CSV).
- In the dialog box click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in your notification center.
When opening your blog export CSV in Excel, you may see the blog post HTML blending into other columns of the spreadsheet.
This is due to the way Excel renders the export, and can be resolved through the following steps:
- At the bottom of your Excel spreadsheet, click on the + plus icon to add a new sheet.
- In the top left of the new sheet next to Get Data, click From Text/CSV.
- In the dialog box, navigate to and select the blog export file, then click Import.
- As your import begins to process, a dialog box will appear with a preview of your imported data. Ensure that the Delimiter dropdown menu is set to Comma, then click Load. Your import will then continue to process.
With this import process, your data should now appear as expected.
File manager
To export a .zip file containing all files in your file manager:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Files and Templates > Files.
- Click Export all files (ZIP).
- In the dialog box, click the Select an email dropdown menu and select or add an email address to receive a download link.
- Click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in your notification center.
URL redirects
To export a .csv file containing all URL redirects:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Website > Domains & URLs.
- Click the URL Redirects tab.
- Click Export. The file will automatically download.
Sitemap
To export your sitemap:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Website > Domains & URLs.
- Click the Sitemap tab.
- Click the Domain dropdown menu and select the domain to download the sitemap for.
- Click on View XML file to open the sitemap in a new tab.
- Copy and paste the entire sitemap into a text document on your device. Alternatively, save the page as a .xml document on your browser.
Analytics
Analytics tools
To export traffic analytics, campaign analytics, and events data:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reports > Analytics Tools.
- Click Traffic Analytics, Campaign Analytics, or Events.
- In the Traffic Analytics tool, click the Sources, Topic clusters, Pages, or UTM parameters tab to download specific traffic data.
- At the top, use the filters to specify a date range and frequency for the data.
- In the upper right, click Export.

- In the dialog box, enter a subject for the export email in the Name field. Click the File format dropdown menu to select a file format for the export.
- Click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in your notification center.
Prospects
To export your prospects data:
- In your HubSpot account's search bar, type Prospects.
- Click Prospects.
- In the left sidebar menu, click the Options dropdown menu and select Export.
- In the dialog box, click the File format dropdown menu to select the file format for the export.
- Click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in your notification center.
Workflows
You can export a spreadsheet containing information about all of your workflows, and you can export images of individual workflows.
To export an informational spreadsheet of all your workflows:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
- In the upper right, click Export workflows. The file will download automatically.
Please note: workflows exports don't include email or workflow performance data. Marketing email exports do include an Associated workflows column which identifies the workflows that an email is being used in. Learn more about exporting your marketing email data.
To export an image of an individual workflow:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
- Click the name of a workflow.
- In the upper right, click the More dropdown menu, then select Export. The export will process, then download as a .png file.
Custom reports
To export a report's data:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reports > Reports.
- Hover over the report you want to export, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select Export.
- In the dialog box, enter a name for your report in the Name field, then click the File type dropdown menu to select the file format for the export.
- Click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in your notification center.
Please note: a funnel report displays objects that changed stages within the selected date range. However, when you export a funnel report, the export file will contain the objects created in that date range. Hence, the export file will not match the report data.

Please note: all HubSpot CTAs will stop functioning once your account is deactivated. If you are canceling your HubSpot account, remove them from any external pages.

Please note: exporting all your contacts will include unsubscribes. To exclude them, add Contact property | Unsubscribed from all email | is not equal to | True to your filter.

Sales data
Quotes
To export your quotes:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Sales > Products & Quotes.
- Click the Quotes tab.
- Click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in your notification center.
Sales documents
To export an individual sales document:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Documents.
- Hover over the document you want to download, then click the More dropdown and select Download. The document will automatically download.
Customer feedback
To export customer feedback survey data:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Service > Feedback Surveys.
- Click the name of your survey.
- In the upper right, click Export.

- In the dialog box, click the File format dropdown menu and select the format of the export file.
- Click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in your notification center.
Ads
