How can I update my billing information in HubSpot?

Marketing: Starter, Basic, Pro, Enterprise
Sales: Professional

To update your company or billing information:

  • Navigate to your Account Menu > Account and Billing.

  • In the Account Summary section you'll be able to view any products and services you use, as well as your transaction history.
  • Select Payment methods in the left sidebar menu. 
  • Here you will be able to see the various payment methods and subscriptions in your account. Click the Edit button (or pencil icon) to the right to edit that payment method.
  • Make any necessary edits to the card information or billing address, then click Update

Please note: if your HubSpot account is not configured with credit card billing, contact billing@hubspot.com to set it up and update your billing information. If you'd just like to make a one-time payment using a credit card, follow the steps here.
