HubSpot's CRM provides you with two email addresses to help you record the emails you send and receive: a BCC address, and a Forwarding address.

Your BCC address is:

Your forwarding address is:

These addresses can be found in your Sales account under Settings > SalesEmail Integrations > HubSpot Extensions tab. (Read more about how to find these addresses here.)

These two addresses serve different purposes, as explained below:

Your BCC Address

This address is meant for recording the emails you send out. When you send an email to someone, add this address to the BCC line of the email, and the email will automatically be recorded on the appropriate contact record.

If you use Outlook or Gmail to send emails, you can use HubSpot Sales to automatically log emails in the CRM.

Your Forwarding Address

This address is meant for recording the emails you receive. When you receive an email from a contact, forward the message to this address, and the email will be recorded on the appropriate contact record. Click here for more information.
