Use conversations with the iOS mobile app

Access your chat conversations directly from the HubSpot iOS mobile application and continue the conversation with your leads and contacts while on the move. 

Set up messages on mobile 

  • In your HubSpot mobile application, go to Settings > Conversations. Toggle on Enable Conversations
  • If you need to go offline, toggle the Away mode option on to set yourself unavailable for incoming chats. mobile%20messages%20settings
  • You can also configure your notification preferences in Settings. Navigate to Settings > Notifications. Set your preferences for Reply  notifications and Assign notifications.

Live chat from the mobile app

To live chat from the mobile app, navigate to Conversations:

  • Click Open to view any current live chats. Click Closed to view past conversations.closed%20mobile%20chats
  • Click Assign to me to take ownership and answer any open chats.

  • When you are done chatting with your customer, click Actions > Close conversation to end the chat session. close%20iOS%20chat
