Access your chat conversations directly from the HubSpot iOS mobile application and continue the conversation with your leads and contacts while on the move.
Set up messages on mobile
- In your HubSpot mobile application, go to Settings > Conversations. Toggle on Enable Conversations.
- If you need to go offline, toggle the Away mode option on to set yourself unavailable for incoming chats.
- You can also configure your notification preferences in Settings. Navigate to Settings > Notifications. Set your preferences for Reply notifications and Assign notifications.
Live chat from the mobile app
To live chat from the mobile app, navigate to Conversations:
- Click Open to view any current live chats. Click Closed to view past conversations.
- Click Assign to me to take ownership and answer any open chats.
- When you are done chatting with your customer, click Actions > Close conversation to end the chat session.
