Manage your meetings in Outlook Calendar with the HubSpot Sales add-in

If you've installed the HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in, you can access the Sales Hub in Outlook Calendar to easily access and manage your meetings. When you open an event synced to HubSpot, you can log meeting outcomes, create new contacts, prepare for upcoming meetings, and follow up, all directly from your Outlook Calendar.
Understand limitations & considerations
The prepare and follow up features use meeting assistant (part of the prospecting workspace). Users with an assigned Sales Hub seat, in a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise account can use these features. Users in other hubs can use the outcomes feature. You can only prepare and follow up on meetings scheduled with at least one contact in HubSpot.
Access the HubSpot Sales add-in in Outlook calendar
To use the HubSpot Sales add-in in Outlook Calendar, you must connect your calendar to HubSpot and ensure you’re using the latest version of Outlook.
When you open a synced event in your Outlook Calendar, the HubSpot Sales add-in will appear in the ribbon at the top of the email composition window. Click on the add-in to open it in the right sidebar. If the add-in doesn't appear in the ribbon, click Apps at the top of the email composition window in Outlook and select the HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in. In the sidebar, you can log meeting outcomes, view existing contacts, create new contacts, and users with an assigned Sales Hub seat in a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise can access the meeting assistant.
Prepare for upcoming meetings (Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise only)
To use the add-in to prepare for upcoming meetings:
- Locate and click the meeting on your Outlook calendar.
- Click Prepare.
- You will be directed to the meeting assistant to prepare.

Follow up on past meetings (Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise only)
To use the add-in to follow up on a past meeting:
- Locate and click the meeting on your Outlook calendar.
- Click Follow up.
- You will be directed to the meeting assistant to record the follow up.

Log outcomes of past meetings
To use the add-in to log outcomes on a past meeting:
- Locate and click the meeting on your Outlook calendar.
- Click the Outcome dropdown menu and select an outcome to record the outcome of the meeting.
