Use tasks in the HubSpot mobile app

When you're on the go, you can access your tasks via your mobile device. If you're using a computer or laptop, learn how to use tasks on desktop.

If you have a paid LinkedIn Sales Navigator account, you can also manage your LinkedIn tasks from the mobile app.

Create tasks in the HubSpot mobile app

On the HubSpot mobile app, you can create tasks from the tasks index page, or create follow up tasks when logging a note, call, meeting, or email.

  • Open the HubSpot app on your iOS or Android device.
  • At the bottom of the screen, tap the + plus icon, then tap tasks Task.
  • Enter a title, then select a type and due date for your task.
  • To add the task to an existing queue, tap + Add to queue, then tap the name of the queue.
  • Tap + Add priority to set the task as Low, Medium, or High priority. By default, a task's priority is None unless you set a priority.
  • By default, the task will be assigned to you. Tap the Assigned To field to change the assignee.
  • Tap the Associate with field to select records to associate with the task.
    • Depending on the object you'd like to associate, select Contact, Company, DealTicket, or a custom object.
    • Select the checkboxes next to the records you'd like to associate, then click Done.
  • In the top right, tap Save.

View and complete tasks in the HubSpot mobile app

To view and complete your tasks:

  • Open the HubSpot app on your iOS or Android device.
  • You can view and complete upcoming tasks on the Home screen, which appears by default when you open the app.
  • To view all tasks, tap Menu, then tap tasks Tasks in the left sidebar.
  • On the Due tasks tab, you can view a list of the tasks assigned to you that are due. To see upcoming tasks, tap the Future tasks tab.
  • To view tasks in an existing queue, tap Queues in the top left, then select the name of the queue.
  • To filter the tasks by a specific type, tap All types in the upper left and tap the type of task you want to filter by.
  • To sort the tasks by due date or priority, tap Sorted by, then tap Due date or Priority.
  • Tap the task you want to complete to view more details.
    • Tap the name of an association to open the record (e.g., access the associated contact to initiate a call or send an email).
    • Tap Edit to edit the task.
  • To mark a task as complete, tap the success checkmark to the left of the task's name.
