Search, analyze, and understand user behavior patterns using information in your audit logs. Super Admins can get an overview of activity, patterns, and big takeaways, as well as customized follow up or next steps. Examples of questions the audit analyzer can help answer include:

Which user is logging in most frequently?
- What data has recently been imported or exported from this account?
Please note: if you're a Super Admin, you can opt your account into the Audit Analyzer Assistant beta.
Please note: avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Permissions required Super Admins permissions are required to use the audit analyzer.
Before you get started

Turn on AI settings in your account, including the Files data setting.
Add the audit analyzer to an account
Super Admins can install the audit analyzer to the account. To add the audit analyzer:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Marketplace.
- Use the search bar to search for audit analyzer and click it in the search results.
- Click Add.
Configure the audit analyzer
Super Admins can configure the assistant by adding extra instructions and knowledge, to give it more context to answer questions.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- Click the Assistants tab.
- Hover over the Audit Analyzer card and click the verticalMenu menu in the upper right of the card.
- Click Configure.
Guide how this assistant behaves
Under Guide how this assistant behaves, add the welcome message, extra instructions, tools it can access, and additional knowledge it can use for context.
To configure how the assistant behaves:
- To edit the message that first displays when using the assistant, enter the message in the Welcome message field.
- To add additional instructions for the agent to use to craft responses, enter the instructions in the Assistant instructions field.
- To add conversation starters for the agent to start conversations with users, enter the message in the fields.
Set the information the assistant can access
To add tools the audit analyzer can access to help it complete tasks like researching, summarizing, or generating content:
- Under Set the information this assistant can access:
- Select the Web browsing checkbox to allow the assistant to crawl the web to help craft responses.
- Select Read your HubSpot CRM records checkbox to grant the assistant access to your CRM records.
- To add knowledge to the agent, like documents and data, click folderOpen Add knowledge next to Knowledge. If you don't add knowledge sources, the agent will use general knowledge.
- In the right panel, existing knowledge vaults will be listed below the search bar. To view the details of the vault, hover over it and click View in settings. To add existing vaults to the agent, hover over them and click Add.
- To create a new knowledge vault, in the right panel, click Create.
- Enter a name in the Name field.
- Enter a description in the Description field.
- Under Files, click Upload to add a file (.pdf, .txt, .md, .html, .pptx, and .docx formats are supported).
- Under CRM Objects, click Add to add a CRM object (e.g., you could add your HubSpot knowledge base as an object for the assistant to use when responding).
- Select the CRM object to add (custom objects aren't supported).
- Click + Add filter, and set your filters.
- Click Add to vault.
- Click Create & Add.
- To remove a knowledge vault from the agent (the knowledge vault will still be available for this and other assistants), hover over the vault and click Remove.
- To edit a custom knowledge vault's name and description, hover over the vault and click View details. In the upper right, click the ellipses ellipses, then click Edit.
- To delete a knowledge vault, hover over the vault and click View details. In the upper right, click the ellipses ellipses, then click Delete.
- When finished, click the X in the upper right of the right panel.
- In the upper right, click Publish to publish the audit analyzer.
Test the assistant
To test the assistant:
- In the Preview, enter a prompt, and then click the send send icon.
- Review the response and make any adjustments to the assistant. Enter another question to test the assistant's response again.
Use the audit analyzer
The audit analyzer can be used wherever you see the breezeSingleStar Breeze icon or from Breeze Studio.- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- Click the Assistants tab.
- On the Audit Analyzer card, click Chat.
- In the right panel, enter a prompt, and then click the send send icon. To use a conversation starter, click a prompt in the Some things you can ask me section.
Clone the assistant
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- Click the Assistants tab.
- Hover over the Audit Analyzer card and click the verticalMenu menu in the upper right of the card.
- Click Clone.
- Configure the assistant, then click Publish.
Delete the assistant
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Breeze > Breeze Studio.
- Click the Assistants tab.
- Hover over the Audit Analyzer card and click the verticalMenu menu in the upper right of the card.
- Click Delete.
- Click Delete assistant to confirm deletion.
