Agent Hub (BETA) brings together HubSpot pre-built agents, custom agents, and agentic workflows in one place. This helps you identify where HubSpot’s AI tools are active across your customer journey, review outcomes, and take action.
Use this article as an index to navigate all agentic capabilities in Agent Hub (BETA).

Get started in Agent Hub
Use the Your agentic customer journey section to identify which agentic features are active, review the outcomes they're driving, and activate or manage agents.

In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Agents > Agent Hub. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Agents > Agent Hub directly.

On the Intro tab, review the Your agentic customer journey section.

Review each card. Active agentic features display key outcomes, while inactive agentic features display the capabilities.

- To configure an active feature or agent, click Manage.
- To install and configure an inactive feature or agent, click Activate. Learn more about installing agents.
Create and customize agents
Create and customize agents by adjusting their inputs, instructions, tools, knowledge sources, and automation settings. These configurations determine how the agent operates and what information it uses when running tasks.

In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Agents > Agent Hub. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Agents > Agent Hub directly.

On the Intro tab, click the Create dropdown menu and select Agent on the top right.

Manage agents

In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Agents > Agent Hub. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Agents > Agent Hub directly.
- Click the Agents tab.
- To make a copy of an agent, click the three vertical dots icon, and select Clone.
- To delete an agent, click the three vertical dots icon, and select Delete. In the dialog box, click Delete.
Create and customize agentic workflows
Create agentic workflows to automate multi-step processes using agents. Build workflows, configure triggers and actions, and add agents to automate tasks across your HubSpot account.

On the Intro tab, click the Create dropdown menu and select Workflow on the top right.

Manage AI context
On the Context tab, define the business information that agents use when generating responses and completing tasks. This includes broad details such as company messaging, tone, brand, and ICPs.
Within this context, knowledge vaults store more specific information for targeted use cases, such as product details, internal documentation, or support guidance.
