Why am I not receiving my daily/weekly/monthly marketing emails?

There are a few potential reasons why you might not be receiving your marketing reports from HubSpot via email. See below for an outline of possible causes.

First, make sure the notifications you're expecting are set up to send to you.

  • Click on the Account menu in the top, right-hand corner of your account (next to your domain name and Hub ID) > click Settings > choose My Email and Push Notifications from the left-hand sidebar - review which emails are enabled here

Now, check your junk folder.

  • Sometimes emails from HubSpot end up in junk or spam folders in your inbox
  • Add noreply@hubspot.com and success@hubspot.com to your email address book to ensure that notification emails make it to your inbox
