Why is HubSpot still telling me to upgrade my connector when I already did in Salesforce?

If you've recently upgraded HubSpot's Salesforce Connector, you may need to refresh your package info within HubSpot before the "update package" prompt will disappear. To do this:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Account Menu (your avatar in the top right-hand corner) > Integrations.
  • Click Settings under Salesforce.
  • Click Update your package.
Click the link to Refresh your package info > then Close
