The report shows you the conversion rates between each steps so you can identify your biggest bottlenecks.

The report is made up of the followig:

  1. Sessions: the number of sessions visitors have reached your site from an external source during the selected timeframe.
  2. Conversion rate of sessions-to-contacts
  3. Contacts: the number of new contacts created during the selected date range. New contacts will only be reflected if they were tracked as visiting your site and became a contact.
  4. Conversion rate of contacts-to-customers
  5. Customers: the number of customers who were created during the selected date range. For example, if a contact was originally created in May and became a customer during the month of July, this contact will be in the count of customers for the month of May.
  6. Comparison line of the selected timeframe to the previous timeframe.
  7. Goal line: if you've set goals, the dotted goal line will display your performance in the selected timeframe relative to your goals. You can clear the Show goal line checkbox to remove the dotted goal line.

To include offline sources in your data, select the Include offline sources checkbox. This checkbox applies on a per-user basis, so another user can elect not to include offline sources.
