After connecting HubSpot and NetSuite, you can sync the NetSuite status bidirectionally between the two systems. To do so, you must first create a custom property in HubSpot, then set up a field mapping in the integration settings
Create a custom property in HubSpot
In your HubSpot account, click the settingssettings icon in the main navigation bar.
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Properties.
Click the Select an object dropdown menu, then select Contact properties.
In the upper right, click Create property.
In the right panel, select the Object type and Group from the respective dropdown menus.
In the Label field, enter NetSuite Status.
Click the Field type dropdown menu and select Dropdown select.
In the Label field, enter all the property values from the Status field in NetSuite. The labels are case-sensitive and must match the values in NetSuite exactly.
After you've entered all the labels, click Next.
Select the checkbox if you want the property to show in forms, pop-up forms, and bots, then click Create.
Repeat the steps above for company properties if needed.
The new custom property will not be automatically populated for contacts, so you will need to either
import the values, or use a workflow to
set the property before the values can be mapped to NetSuite.
