On the right sidebar of a record, there are cards that show high level information about associations, attachments, and data from HubSpot tools, such as lists or reports. You can customize a default right sidebar for each object by selecting the information to include and the order of the cards. If your account has teams, you can also create unique right sidebar views for each team.
Users must have Account access permissions to customize the default account sidebar or specific team sidebars.

Once a default right sidebar is set, the sidebar will appear on all records of that object. This sidebar applies to all users in the account, but depending on a user's permissions, some cards may be hidden. Any new cards created by integrations or via API will be automatically added to the sidebar. If a user is on a team with a custom sidebar view, the team sidebar will override the default.
If you've set up teams in your HubSpot account, you can create right sidebar views to display necessary information for specific teams. Once you set up a custom team sidebar, it will override the account-wide default view and update the record sidebar for the primary members of the assigned teams.
If you've already customized an object's default right sidebar view, you can revert the view back to the system default configuration. Once reset, the system default view will be displayed for all users without an assigned team view, and individual users will be able to reorder their own sidebar view from within a record.
