Manage shared partner deals

Shared deals create a centralized space for HubSpot Partners and HubSpot sales representatives to collaborate. Learn more about creating shared deals and collaborating using messages on shared deals.
Track registered deals
When reviewing deals in your account, you can filter for the deals your HubSpot sales representative has registered for you:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Deals.
- At the top of the table, click More to add a quick filter.
- In the pop-up box, select Number of Active Deal Registrations.
- At the top of the table, click the Number of Active Deal Registrations filter.
- In the pop-up box, click the dropdown menu and select is greater than or equal to.
- In the right field, enter 1.
Set a sales contact for shared deals
You can set a sales contact who will be notified of partner matching opportunities and the creation of assisted deals. It's recommended to select whomever manages HubSpot selling opportunities for your team.
If you don't set a sales contact, the Primary POC for your account will receive these notifications instead.
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Partners > Shared Deals.
- Click the Default sales contact dropdown menu and select a user.
- In the bottom left, click Save.
Manage a shared deal's users
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Deals.
- Click the name of a shared deal.
- In the Shared deal information section of the deal record, hover over the Deal team field and click Edit. If the Shared deals section isn't present on the record, customize your record layout.
- In the dialog box, click the Deal team dropdown menu and select a user from your own account.
- Click Save.
Set a default pipeline for shared deals
In your partner settings, you can set a default pipeline for shared deals created in the future. This will not affect existing deals.- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Partners > Shared Deals.
- Click the Default pipeline for shared deals dropdown menu and select a pipeline.
