If you're a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise user with super admin permissions, you can create a customized quote template that your team can select when creating quotes to send to prospects. With editable modules, you can modify the template’s design and content to match your business’s needs. Customized quote templates also enable you to set up scheduled payments to split up payments over time. Learn more about scheduled payments.
If you’re using HubSpot's free or Sales Hub Starter tools, you can edit the domain, locale, language, and theme settings of the standard customized quote templates included in your account. Learn more about your subscription limits in HubSpot’s Product & Services catalog.
In all HubSpot subscription plans, you can also use the design manager to create and edit quote templates. Learn more about developing a custom CMS quotes theme in HubSpot's developer documentation.
To create a new customized quote template:
Please note: when editing the Comments or Terms module, do not delete the Terms or Comments to buyers tokens that appear in these modules. If the tokens are deleted, any text that your users include in these modules in the quote editor will not populate on the published quote.
Please note: content added to the quote template in a rich text module will not be automatically translated. Sample data will also not translate in the template preview.
Your team can now select the customized quote template when creating a quote. After publishing your quote, learn how to share your quote with your contacts.
After creating customized quote templates, you can delete and clone the templates in your settings. If you’re using HubSpot's free or Sales Hub Starter tools, you can edit the domain, locale, language, and theme settings of the standard customized quote templates.
You can also hide the standard quote templates so only your customized quote templates appear in the dropdown menu when a user is creating a quote.
