Can't select Salesforce field in lists, CRM filters, or workflows

Fields on the lead, contact, account, and opportunity objects in Salesforce can be used to segment objects in HubSpot. If you don't see a Salesforce field available for segmentation in lists, CRM filters, or workflows, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• Custom Salesforce fields must be manually mapped to HubSpot: while custom lead, contact, account, and opportunity fields can be synced to HubSpot, they will not be mapped automatically to HubSpot properties. Learn how to map HubSpot properties to Salesforce fields.
• Salesforce account fields sync with HubSpot company properties: Salesforce account fields sync with HubSpot company properties, not HubSpot contact or deal properties. Ensure that the object type selected in the filter is correct.
• Salesforce opportunity fields sync with HubSpot deal properties: Salesforce opportunity fields sync with HubSpot deal properties, not HubSpot contact or company properties. Ensure that the object type selected in the filter is correct.
• Salesforce custom object fields cannot be mapped to HubSpot: only fields on the Salesforce lead, contact, account, and opportunity objects can be mapped to HubSpot. However, if formula fields are created on the Salesforce lead or contact object that reference the custom object, the fields can be mapped and the custom object information synced to HubSpot.

Please note: Salesforce Campaign membership is tracked using the HubSpot contact property Salesforce Campaign IDs. Contacts can be segmented by this property, but not by other Salesforce Campaign fields (e.g., Campaign Status).
