To prevent logging emails sent to specific recipients, you can add them to your Never Log list. Users with Super admin permissions can add recipients to the account's Never Log list so that the recipients are blocked for all users. Emails sent from a connected personal email with the HubSpot Sales extension or add-in to addresses or domains on this list will not create a new contact record, record email tracking activity on the contact's timeline, or be logged to the record. If you send an email directly from the CRM, it will still send but the email will not be logged in the record. HubSpot will still record email tracking activity for all recipients in your activity feed.
You can also exclude recipients from CRM logging when sending emails from Gmail or Outlook.
Please note: if there are recipients on an email who are not on the Never log list, HubSpot will log emails to those contact records.
The Never Log list does not apply to email threads sent using a team email address or a third-party integration. To prevent emails sent from specific emails from appearing in your conversations inbox, learn how to manage your allow and deny list.
