How do I create a call queue in the CRM?

To create a call queue or add contacts into your existing call queue in your HubSpot CRM, follow the instructions below:

  • In your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to Contacts.
  • Use the checkboxes to select the contact(s) you'd like to add to your call queue. Use the checkbox in the header row to select all of the contacts on the current page.
  • Click the More dropdown and select Add to call queue.

  • To view your call queue, navigate to Sales ToolsCall Queue or click the View dropdown from the Contacts Dashboard and select Call Queue
