To create a call queue or add contacts into your existing call queue in your HubSpot CRM, follow the instructions below:
- In your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to Contacts.
- Use the checkboxes to select the contact(s) you'd like to add to your call queue.
- Click Add to call queue.
- To view your call queue, navigate to Sales Tools > Call Queue or click the View dropdown from the Contacts Dashboard and select Call Queue.
