How do I use my HubSpot call queue?

Within the HubSpot CRM you are able to create a queue of Contacts you wish to call. Please reference this article for steps on how to create a call queue

Once you have set up your queue, you can begin calling your Contacts by clicking Start calling.

The calls will be made in the order in which the Contacts are listed. In the example above, Joey Gladstone would be the first call made, and when clicking on Start calling you will be taken to Joey's contact record.


From here, you can choose either:

  • Call from my Browser
  • Call from my Phone

You also have the option to choose a delay between calls, ranging from 10 seconds - 3 minutes, or no a delay at all. This count down will initiate when a call in the Queue ends, prior to moving on to the next Contact. 


Additionally, you can choose to remove the Contact from your queue by clicking on Remove from Call Queue, or skip to the next contact by clicking Next in the upper right hand corner. This will mark the Contact as Skipped in the Call Queue.
