How do I use my HubSpot call queue?

Within the HubSpot CRM you are able to create a queue of Contacts you wish to call. Please reference this article for steps on how to create a call queue

Once you have set up your queue, you can begin calling your Contacts by clicking Start calling.

The calls will be made in the order in which the Contacts are listed. In the example above, Emily would be the first call made, and when clicking on Start calling you will be taken to Emily's contact record.

At this point, within the contact record, you can choose to either Call from browser or Call from phone.

You also have the option to choose a delay between calls, ranging from 10 seconds to 3 minutes, or no a delay at all. This countdown will initiate when a call in the queue ends, prior to moving on to the next Contact. 

Additionally, you can choose to remove the contact from your queue by clicking on Remove from call queue.

You can also skip to the next contact by clicking the Next arrows (located by the pause/play button). This will mark the contact as Skipped in the Call Queue.
