Sales: Free, Starter, Professional
Add-Ons: Reporting

Your marketing and sales dashboards will have a number of widgets and reports that are automatically added for you, but you can resize, remove, and add other reports as needed. The same is true for any other reporting dashboards you've created if you are using the reporting add-on. Learn how you can add, move, resize, and remove reports on a reporting dashboard.

Add a new report

Click Add report at the top right corner of your dashboard to add a new report. Choose from the templated reports that appear in the reports library or, if you have the reporting add-on, create a custom report to add to your dashboard. For more in-depth instructions on adding reports to your dashboards, check out this article.

Move a report

One of the reports at the bottom of your dashboard may be more important to you than one at the top right now. To reorganize the reports on your dashboard, click on the report you'd like to move, then drag and drop it to the desired location on your dashboard.

Resize a report

You can also resize a report to be half or full width of the dashboard. Hover over the bottom right corner of the report. When the dotted sizing arrow appears in the corner hold your left mouse button down and drag left or right to increase or decrease the size.

Remove, rename, or clone a report

If there's a report on your marketing dashboard that you want to remove, hover over the report and click the Actions dropdown, then select Remove.

If you accidentally remove the wrong report widget, or want to add it back later, you always can. You're only removing it from the current view, not actually deleting the report widget itself. You can also use the Actions menu to rename and clone a specific report widget.

Please note: there is a limit of 10 reports per dashboard. If you want to add more reports, you can create a new dashboard or remove reports from the current dashboard.
