Resubscribe contacts to your marketing emails

Contacts who previously unsubscribed from marketing emails sent from your HubSpot account can take action to resubscribe to your emails or update their email preferences.

Please note: you cannot resubscribe contacts on their behalf. Once opted out or unsubscribed from email communication, a contact must take action themselves in order to receive marketing emails sent from your HubSpot account again.

In their email inbox, open a previously sent marketing email from your HubSpot account. In the email footer, click the email preferences link to resubscribe or update their email preferences.

If they cannot locate an old marketing email sent from your HubSpot account, they can resubscribe on a HubSpot form or pop-up form if resubscription emails are enabled. This feature notifies unsubscribed contacts of their opt-out status when they enter their email address on one of your forms or pop-up forms and gives them a link to resubscribe.
