Use quick replies in your social tool

Use Breeze AI to automatically generate replies within the HubSpot social tool. You can use the quick reply feature in your social streams, or from different social activity threads. You can also use this feature on the go with the HubSpot mobile app. 

To use quick replies in your social tool, you must turn on your Give users access to generative AI tools and features and Customer Conversation Data AI settings. Learn more about managing your AI settings.

Please note: Please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Use quick replies 

You can use the quick reply feature from your social streams, or from different social threads.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  2. To use the quick reply feature in your social activity threads:
    • At the top, click the Reply tab.
    • From the All activity tab, to reply to a specific comment, click reply in the comment.
    • In the right panel, you can review the comment and comment thread.

  1. To use the quick reply feature in your social streams:
    • At the top, click the Listen tab.
    • In the left sidebar menu, select a social stream that you'd like to reply to. 
    • To reply to a post, click the reply reply icon below the post. You can reply all post types.

  1. The quick reply message will automatically appear in your social tool. To use the message, click Insert. Then, continue editing the message, or click Reply to send the message. 
  2. To generate another message, click Regenerate
  3. To dismiss a message, click Dismiss
  4. To copy the message content, click the copy icon.
  5. To provide feedback about a recommendation:
    • If a recommended action was helpful, click the thumbs up icon.
    • If a recommended action wasn't helpful, click the thumbs down icon. When replying in your social activities or social streams, a preview of the reply message will automatically appear. 

Use quick replies with the HubSpot mobile app

To use quick replies when managing your social replies on the HubSpot mobile app: 

  1. Open the HubSpot app on your device.
  2. In the bottom, tap Menu.
  3. In the Marketing section, tap Social reply. Learn more about filtering and managing your social replies.
  4. To reply to a social post, tap the reply icon on the social post. The quick reply message will automatically appear. 
  5. To use the quick reply message, tap Insert
  6. To generate another message, tap the regenerate icon
  7. To dismiss the quick reply message and manually enter a message, tap the Dismiss
  8. After adding your message, tap the send icon
