If you do not see the option to view Contact Profiles on the Web in the upper right of a website when viewing it in Chrome, then you have come to the right place.
Please note: in an effort to better align the HubSpot Sales tools with the Inbound Sales methodology, Contact Profiles on the Web has been sunsetted for all new accounts created after October 3, 2016.
To resolve this, follow the instructions below:
First, ensure that you have Contact Profiles on the web enabled by visiting HubSpot Sales Settings > Email Integrations > HubSpot Extensions tab. If the blue checkbox (enabled) displays next to Contact Profiles on the web but you still do not see the option when visiting web pages then you can follow the steps below to ensure that you allow the HubSpot Sales cookie on your browser.
Navigate to and click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right-hand of Chrome, then select Settings.
Next, select Show advanced settings.
Within the Privacy section, click the Content settings... button.
From the pop-up window that appears, click the Manage exceptions... button.
Finally, enter getsidekick.com into the resulting field, select Allow from the dropdown and click Done.
You should now be able to see Contact Profiles on the Web in your Chrome browser once more.
