Comment and collaborate on HubSpot content

Coordinate and provide feedback with your team by commenting directly on marketing and website assets. Tag specific team members to notify them as they work within HubSpot.

Add comments to your content

You can add comments to a drafted or published asset. Comments are currently supported in ads, forms, campaigns, emails, website pages, landing pages, and blogs.

  • To comment on a drafted marketing asset:
    • In your HubSpot account, navigate to your ads, forms, campaigns or emails dashboard.
    • Click the name of the drafted content you want to comment on.
    • In the top right, click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Comment.

  • To comment on a drafted website asset:
    • In your HubSpot account, navigate to your website pages, landing pages, or blog.
    • Hover over your content and click Edit.
    • In the content editor, click the comments icon in the top right.

  • To comment on an asset that's already been published:
    • In your HubSpot account, navigate to the dashboard of the tool with your published content.
    • Click the name of the published content you want to comment on.
    • On the performance page, click the arrows in the top right.

  • In the right panel, type your comment in the comment field. You can style your comment and @-mention your teammates.
  • Click Comment to save your comment.

  • To edit or delete a comment, hover over the comment. Click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Edit or Delete.
