Customize your dashboard

Last updated: January 7, 2020

Your marketing, sales, and service dashboards have default reports, but you can customize these dashboards, and any custom dashboards you've created, with reports and filters. Learn more on how you can manage your dashboards.

Add reports to your dashboard

To add a new report to your dashboard:

  • Navigate to your HubSpot dashboards by clicking the sprocket icon sprocket in the top left corner of your account.
  • Click Add report to access the report library.

Please note: there is a limit of 10 reports per dashboard. If you want to add more reports, you can create a new dashboard or remove reports from the current dashboard.

Filter reports on your dashboard

The data a report will display and breakdown depends on its filters. For better analysis, you should filter the data to a specific date range, specific owners or teams, or specific pipelines.

Filter all reports on your dashboard

  • Navigate to your HubSpot dashboards by clicking the sprocket icon sprocket in the top left corner of your account.
  • Click the name of the current dashboard, then select the dashboard you want to filter from the dropdown menu.

Please note: if you are not a ProfessionalEnterprise, or Reporting add-on user, you will only see the standard HubSpot dashboard(s) here.

  • In the upper left, click Filter dashboard.
