Navigate to your email settings
In your HubSpot Marketing account, navigate to Content > Content Settings.
Colors and Fonts settingsFrom the left side menu, choose Colors and Fonts > Email Colors and Fonts.
Choose your fonts
This section of your email settings will allow you to choose primary fonts that will apply only to default email templates and custom coded templates. Here you will choose your Primary and Secondary Font types, and also the font size of each. The font types have limited options because you want to ensure you're choosing a set of email types that a majority of email clients will actually be able to understand and interpret.
After choosing your font types for Primary and Secondary fonts, you will want to choose your Primary and Secondary Font Size, as well. While these choices are entirely up to you, it would be wise to keep your audience in mind. If your font is too small, many of your contacts may have a hard time reading your email and if your font is too large, the content within your email may not look entirely aesthetically pleasing. Choosing the right font size will help keep your user focused on the content of your email and not the size or type of your font.
Choose your colors
Now you can choose the Primary Font Color, Secondary Font Color, Primary Accent Color, Secondary Accent Color, Body Color, and Background Color. By clicking on the colored box, you get to choose a larger array of colors. Or, if you have a hex color already selected (something like #c7c7c7) you can manually enter that into the text box.
Set your border color options
Finally, within your email colors and fonts, you can decide how you want to apply a border to your emails. From the dropdown menu below Border Color Options you have three choices:
The only time you'll have to further choose information after making the above decision is with the second option, Manually set email body border color. If you choose that, you will then also want to select what color you would like your body border to be.
Save your changes
Make sure that any changes that you make in the Email Colors and Fonts section is saved by clicking the blue button at the bottom of the section to Save changes.
