Add comments to a marketing email

You can add comments to a draft or published marketing email in your HubSpot account, which allows you to provide feedback or suggestions for the other members of your team.

You can also directly tag users in your account, so that they can receive a notification and they can respond to your comments. 


To comment on a marketing email:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
  • Click on the name of the email.
  • Click the Comment button in the bottom-right corner of your account.
  • In the right pane, type your comment in the comment field.
  • Click Comment to save your comment.
  • To edit or delete a comment, hover over the comment. Click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Edit or Delete.
