Default service dashboard reports

Use the service dashboard in HubSpot to view your ticket, knowledge base, and customer feedback performance at a glance.

You can also add pre-built service reports or create custom reports (Service Hub Professional and Enterprise users only) to add to the dashboard. Below are overviews of each report that appears by default on the service dashboard depending on your subscription level.

To view your service dashboard:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reports > Dashboards.
  • In the upper left, click the dashboard name, then select Service Dashboard.

Ticket totals by source

This report shows you the number of tickets based on where and how they are created.

Ticket closed totals by rep

This report shows you the number of tickets closed per HubSpot user.

Ticket totals over time

This report shows you the number of tickets created over time.

Knowledge base article total views over time (Service Hub Professional and Enterprise only)

This report shows you the total number of views your knowledge base gets over time.

Customer loyalty score (NPS) over time (Service Hub Professional and Enterprise only)

This report shows you the NPS over time, based on your NPS feedback surveys.

Customer service score (CES) over time (Service Hub Professional and Enterprise only)

This report shows you the CES over time, based on your CES feedback surveys.

Feedback survey response comments (Service Hub Professional and Enterprise only)

This report shows you the comments from feedback surveys sent out. To edit the type of surveys the comments come from, hover over the report and click Report settings, and in the right panel, select the surveys you want to include.
