To re-enroll a contact who experienced an error in a sequence:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Sequences.
- Click the name of your sequence.
- Hover over the contact you want to re-enroll and click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Re-enroll.
- Modify the sequence in the pop-up window if needed, then click Send.
Please note: contacts who have previously unsubscribed to emails cannot be re-enrolled.
