To re-enroll a contact who experienced an error in a sequence:
- In your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to Sales Tools > Sequences.
- Click on the name of your sequence.
- Click Errors towards the top of your list of contacts.
- Hover over the contact you'd like to re-enroll and click Actions > Re-enroll.
- You can modify the sequence in the pop-up window then click Send.
Please note that contacts who have previously unsubscribed to emails cannot be re-enrolled. Learn more about the errors in your sequences dashboard here.
