How can I re-enroll a contact in a sequence?

To re-enroll a contact who experienced an error in a sequence: 

  • In your HubSpot Sales Starter or Professional account, navigate to Sales Tools > Sequences.
  • Click on the name of your sequence.
  • Click Errors towards the top of your list of contacts. 
  • Hover over the contact you'd like to re-enroll and click Actions Re-enroll

  • You can modify the sequence in the pop-up window then click Send

Please note that contacts who have previously unsubscribed to emails cannot be re-enrolled. Learn more about the errors in your sequences dashboard here
