Summary
Use Breeze Assistant to summarize and review data across your HubSpot account, including CRM records, and reporting tools such as marketing emails, campaigns, and reports. Instead of manually reviewing metrics or activity timelines, generate summaries that highlight key trends, performance insights, and important context. You can also ask follow-up questions to explore specific details to better understand your data.

Before you summarize and review data in Breeze Assistant, review the requirements and considerations.
Understand requirements to use Breeze Assistant
- To use Breeze Assistant, turn on Give users access to Breeze Assistant in your AI settings.
- To summarize data, a user must have access to the relevant HubSpot tools (e.g., feedback surveys).
- Some summarization features require specific subscriptions or seats. For example, summarizing feedback survey responses requires an assigned Service Hub seat.

How to summarize records with Breeze Assistant
- Navigate to your records:
- Contacts: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
- Companies: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Companies.
- Deals: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Deals.
- Tickets: In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Tickets.
- Click the name of the record you want to summarize.
- In the upper right of the left sidebar, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Summarize. In the Breeze Assistant panel, review the record summary. Learn more about summarizing records with Breeze Assistant.
How to summarize marketing email performance with Breeze Assistant
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
- Hover over a sent marketing email, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select Summarize performance. Learn more about summarizing marketing email performance.
How to summarize campaign performance with Breeze Assistant
Subscription required A Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription is required to summarize campaign performance.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
- Click the name of a campaign.
- Click the Actions dropdown menu and select Summarize on the top left. Learn more about summarizing individual campaign performance.
How to review campaign data with Breeze Assistant
Review and analyze campaign performance, assets, and budget details directly from the campaign tool with Breeze Assistant. This helps you access key information without navigating between multiple tabs or reports.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
- Click the name of a campaign.
- In the top navigation bar, click breezeSingleStarIcon Assistant in the top right.
- In the right panel, enter a question about the campaign. For example:
What's the goal progress for the campaign?
What's the attributed revenue for the campaign?
What's the budget and spending?
- Click the breezeSendIcon send icon.
How to summarize reports with Breeze Assistant
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reporting > Reports.
- Hover over the breezeSingleStar Breeze icon on your Reports dashboard.
- Breeze Assistant will display the main takeaways from the report.
- To ask follow up questions, enter a message, then click the breezeSendIcon send icon.
How to summarize survey responses with Breeze Assistant
Subscription required A Service Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription is required to summarize survey responses.
Seats required An assigned Service Hub seat is required to summarize feedback survey responses.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Service > Feedback Surveys.
- Hover over the survey and click the breezeSingleStar Breeze icon. The summary can only be generated after receiving at least three submissions.
- To ask follow up questions, enter a message, then tap the send icon. For example: Summarize average rating for Ticket owner Leslie Knope.
