How can I manually add contacts?

Follow the steps below to manually add contacts one by one to your HubSpot Marketing or Sales account. The process of adding one contact at a time varies slightly between the two types of HubSpot accounts, so you can use whichever set of instructions below that are best suited for you.


To manually add a contact to your HubSpot Marketing account:

  • Navigate to Contacts > All Contacts.
  • Click New contact.

  • Enter the Contact's email address (required) and any other initial information > click Add.
 


To manually add a contact to your HubSpot Sales account:

  • Navigate to Contacts.
  • Click Add Contact.

  • Enter the contact's initial information > click Create contact.
    • Or you can click Create and add another to immediately create this contact and create another contact manually.
