How can I create a list of contacts who registered for my webinar?

This article explains how to create a list of contacts who registered for your webinar. This functionality is specific to the HubSpot/GoToWebinar integration and does not work with other third-party webinar software.

  • Navigate to Contacts > Lists.
  • Click New list.
  • Under Show more info, give the list a name and make it a smart or static list.
  • Set the criteria to:

Webinar | Contact | has registered for (or the appropriate operator for your needs) | *the name of your webinar*

Registrants
  • Click Done and then Save.
