Adjust your Salesforce API call limit

The HubSpot-Salesforce integration allows your Salesforce account and your HubSpot account to pass information between each other through the use of APIs.

Each Salesforce organization has a limited number of API calls and can be integrated with several other organizations at a time. This limited number of API calls per Salesforce organization is made available every 24 hours and depends on your contract with Salesforce. You can control how many API calls are allocated to HubSpot in your integration settings. 

  • In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Integrations.
  • In the Salesforce integration section, click the More dropdown menu, then select View details.salesforce-integration-settings
  • In the API Call Use section, see how many API calls have been used by HubSpot in the last 24 hours, as well as the limit you currently have set.
  • In the Allocated to HubSpot field, enter a new Salesforce API call limit. 
  • Click Update.
Please note: the API call limit for HubSpot should be set based on your API call limit in Salesforce, as well as your current Salesforce API call usage. Learn more about your API call limit in Salesforce
